Strategy: What makes you unique? What is your differentiator and Secret Sauce? Who are your core customers? What is your profit per X?

Systems: What are your key processes? What is your cash cycle? Do you have a 36-month rolling forecast that is based on your "widgets"?

Execution: What systems do you have in place to execute on your strategy?  What systems do you have to measure and keep checking in that you are on track?

As a Certified Executive Coach I will assist organizations to motivate, inspire and build a cohesive management team.  Coaching differs from mentoring or advising as it enables individuals to develop new perspectives and see new possibilities through a non-directive client-led approach instead of telling the individual what they “should” do.  A strong team is key to an organization’s growth and success.
